    A little concern

I purchased 3pcs of Steyr M9A1 mag at Ellwood at beginning of Feb. The price on website is $40/pc and also confirmed order by phone is same price. When I got the package, saw the invoice that charged $50/pc, shipping and tax extra.

Called Ellwood, told I have to wait for somebody in Charger, called again after 5 days, he was still not there. Called 3rd time, he was not there but somebody in billing dept has be noted and will take care of that. Called them after 20 days, said they will refund $30 at that day. That's beginning of Mar.

But I just checked account, seems nothing happened there, $30 is not a big deal but this just make me feel not right. Isn't it?

if everything you have said is true, you are being neglected. i cant imagine someone calling our business that many times without the problem being solved. the amount does not matter. it is your money, and was taken as a mistake. however the mistake should have been corrected as soon as someone was notified. if it was the company's money, rest assured they would be hounding you for the 30 dollars.

I mod everything of mine. Hell, my gf's sporting a wonderful pair of 36D's, thanks to my penchant for modifications!

I think every one has mistake, that's OK. But after called so many times, I just don't want to do it again.

I have a invoice no. here 0250196 dated on 09/Feb. You can check and you will know what I am saying.

you should phone Epps again, apparently they are trying to contact you to correct this but your number is out of service.

That's very interesting that you would know that. What with all the shilling nonsense going on here? If you are not a shill, then how is it that you are privy to this information? Unless you are an employee of Epps there is no way that you should know their business of trying to contact him. And if you are NOT and employee of Epps then there is no way you should know his number is out of service. Interesting indeed.

I think it should be common courtesy to at least put epps in brackets next to your tag at the very minimum if epps doesn't want to use their official account to respond to this gentleman. 4 posts before responding to this thread makes me feel that this account was created by epps only for the reason of responding to this thread. Please do it directly, and officially. That way we know if the company has any integrity.

The join date is in 2004. Still strange though...
