Well as far as I know PH doesn't purchase the firearms and bring them in. Once you find one and buy it in the US, then they take over. I'm sure that if 5-6 get on board, the permit will be no problem? Maybe they "sharpen" the price?
I had a very good experience with them so as soon as I found one, I bought it and contacted them. Cheers
