I can cut and paste them. But that's not the point. Instead of asking me when the e mails were sent, did it ever cross your mind to simply send me a PM?

You're unhappy, O.K. don't deal with them. Those of us that have feel quite the opposite and will continue to send them our business.

I'm not trashing them. I know they make excellent receivers.
When I first heard about Motiuk, I was extremely excited to learn that high quality lower receiver were being made right here in Alberta. In fact, I even told others about Motiuk.
But I'm really disappointed with the way that I've been treated. I repeatedly send e mails and they ignore me. Now, I really want Motiuk to succeed and if they will send me a PM, I will still buy a receiver from them.
But at this point I'm done trying to chase them. They have to improve their customer service if they are to survive as a company.
