As a potential customer with no previous bias for, or against Questar I would definately reccomend a response to this thread for the others like me awaiting a rebuttle. I've seen similar threads go positivly and on the other hand very negatively...after investing some time reading said posts my opinions of the comapies were set...and like a few have said I have blacklisted some for this very reason and decided to deal with others seing their good customer service. It would be unwise to ignore this, regardless of your stance Questar.

Something similar happened to me with my LMT barrel purchase.

Unfortunately,
I warned them about this rust and rough finish issue last year and gave them crap for not checking the box before shipping.

The fact that they did it again and this one is much worse, makes me wonder if the grade of barrel they sold me was a "proper" new LMT barrel.

They took pictures this time! So it's ok!
