M305 Combo back on sale HURRY HURRY HURRY

I'm trying to register my M305 shorty on the RCMP website (Quebec resident ) and the FRT number CFC gave me doesn't work for shorties. It gives me 22" Poly Technologies while my receiver is stamped Norinco and it is a 18.5".

Anybody knows the right FRT number? Canam?
