    Introduction to Epic Polymer Systems

    Greetings CGN,

I'm pleased to introduce our company, Epic Polymer Systems. We are an established plastics design-house with integrated manufacturing systems for both molded plastic products and CNC/Waterjet machining services.

We are excited to be a Business Sponsor of CGN and will be introducing a variety of custom-molded and machined firearms parts and support products.

    We offer:

    - Custom machining and fabricating of plastics, polymers, composites as well as ferrous and non-ferrous metals. (CNC Milling Machining and High-Speed Water-Jet cutting.)

    - Custom Molded and Cast parts from plastics, elastomers and polyurethanes.

    - Custom Molded and Machined PTFE parts.

    - Plastics Engineering & Design Services.

Over the next few weeks we will be introducing some interesting firearms related molded parts exclusively on CGN in an effort to show our support for the Canadian Firearms Community.

As a custom-manufacturer, we are also soliciting suggestions and requests for molded plastic parts you can't find in the market, or that are not readily available from Canadian sources of supply.

    **INTRODUCTORY PROMOTION**

As part of our debut here on the CGN forums, we will be holding a contest, where each day over the next 4 weeks we will award 1 lucky poster in this thread, a small-parts tray for holding those little parts that like to get away from you when placed on your benchtop.

The measure approximately 3.5" x 5" and 3/8" thick with Three (3) 0.25" deep sections. Non-marring surface to protect the finish on your parts, solvent resistant and impact resistant. To enter the contest, simply make a post in this thread and each day we'll draw a name from all the posts. Winners names get removed from subsequent draws, but you do-not need to post each day in order to remain eligible for future draws.

Handgun stores should all have a few of those laying on the glass counter - too often, the handguns are set down on the hard glass countertop.

How about magazine dust covers with lanyard loops as a product line?

how about making a plastic insert to fit inside the spring of the magpul magazines to limit them to 5 rounds and then the dealers can just put a pop rivet in the base plate to make it permenant rather then a pop rivet in the spine of the magazine.

will make it easier to plug the magazine as well as make it fit more guns better.
If your weapon selection is based on something other than objective factors like concealability, reliability, and shootability then you’re doing it wrong.

If you are doing composites, cutting and molding, when does the production of high quality aftermarket rifle stocks begin?
