Has anyone gotten a shipping notice..? I too was told mine would ship yesterday. Havent received any notice so far. Checked website and it says processed. Is canam having shipping issues..?..this is so unlike them.

I called them and was told mine would ship tue or wed of this week and nothing yet no email or phone calls, still says processed waiting to ship or something like that.

I think everyone is being a bit paranoid here, let them get through orders, you can only do one at a time

No not being paranoid here. Just not used to the silence. Its my first order with them since they moved to the new website so im not sure what to expect.
In previous cases i got a consistent stream of emails letting me know where they were with the order. A shipping notice assists me in ensuring someone is home to receive the package otherwise it becomes a cat and mouse game with canpar. I realize they are possibly swampped with all the orders and do understand that.

Is the 15 inch Grizzly non-restricted with that $29.99 pistol/folding stock? Is that the same as a butler creek? Is that forend and barrel replaceable with standard 870 equipment? The reason I ask is because that mag fed shotgun may actually be better than an 870 express

Here is my grizzly assembled and all ready to go!




I decided to go through with tapping the receiver nut into the remmington specs just to make things easier. Didn't want to run around trying to find a proper bolt, I could find were hex bolts which wouldn't work on my stock.

Tapped the receiver to 1/4"-28UNF. There's a set at Canadian Tire on sale for $40 if anyone is interested: http://www.canadiantire.ca/AST/brows....jsp?locale=en

A tip to anyone tapping the receiver. Make sure you takedown/strip the whole gun down before doing it!

Or else you'll have little metal bits of the recut threads all over the parts inside the gun! Spent 1-2 hours cleaning out the little shavings. PIA if you ask me. Good luck everyone!
