I made a purchase on monday and the ETA since then has been saying "June 21st" and the status is pending. I've sent the money, but nothing changes, no one picking up the phone, any reason or does it always take this long when you're processing orders for Ontario?

We're trying to get the back log from the weekend fathers day sale taken care of. Remember you purchased just before midnight on Monday as well. As to calling, did you leave a voice mail if we didn't pick up?
Had at least 3 orders from these guys, nothing but high praise.
They're busy because they have lots of customers and that's because they have great specials.
