Back on topic, when I first saw Windham Weaponry I thought of Bushmaster....... I remembered when I looked at my lower receiver of my "Shrubmaster" it came from a place called Windham.... I knew "Bushmaster" had to be involved..... somewhat. I looked at the main site of Windham Weaponry and they seem to have staff from various factories.

You're right. There was a good story in a recent "Shotgun News" about the demise of Bushmaster's Windham facility after Freedom Group took over. Basically a bunch of people were put out of work. An ex Bushmaster CEO (in his mid 70's and battling cancer) put up a bunch of the cash (and his own $$$ too) he got for selling Bushmaster and brought back a lot of the workers and equipment and started the new company.

Pretty inspirational given how he could've just sat on the money he made as part of Bushmaster going over to Freedom group.

All my previous and current Bushies have h-bar configurations and shoot very well. I wish the new company well...

That is a nice looking AR. I am a big fan of traditional looking AR's and not really a fan of excessive amounts of rails.

How much money and how hard is it to put on an A2 front sight? And how much are carry-handle sights? Sorry I have never owned an AR or tinkered with one so I am curious.
