My buddy has a Mini14 and is also looking for tapco Gen2 mags.... Its amazing how, with so many Mini's in Canada, its so damn difficult to find mags!

I'd prefer the pinned Ruger 20 rounders myself. The best Mini mag is a factory Ruger mag.

Before magazine capacity laws in Canada, I had a Mini-14. The original generation 30-round polymer Thermolds designed for the Mini-14 worked great. Good luck finding any now :-( Of course, today they would 5/30 configuration.

Someone bring the original ruger ones in, it can't be that hard for some of the businesses on this site, they even sell them at brass pro in the states....

I have 2 5/30 factory ruger steel mags, one is new, the other one has had 10 rounds thru it. PM me if someone is interested. A better question is where have all the m14 mags gone?
