I keep hearing about the surplus export regs changing for russia, but i can't really find any info about it, anyone have a link or know more about it?

Currently scarcer than hen's teeth due to Russian export regs changing for military surplus. We're expecting a crate of "collector grade" laminate stock rifles sometime soon-ish but no idea on price or what exactly they will be like. No word on normal laminates and hardwoods.

Hm? What's this about? Would you care to shed a little light on this please? I think more than a few of us find that a little concerning. How does the regs changing over there affect us here?
