      Have the ITAR regs eased up to bring in any of these ?

      RND 3000

      Anything .50bmg will not be exportable out of the USA unless you are LEO or Military... Plus the RND company does not seem active...

      this is a bolt action not a semi, i think that makes a difference... i could be wrong though

      I believe it was .50 BMG caliber specific. The DTA HTI is a bolt action rifle and it was not allowed to be exported.
