if you dont reload and plink only, buy it and dont look back, i doubt that the case life is as good as non-chineese stuff, but if you reload light, who cares, your cases will last forever anyways

I know that I have reloaded Norinco 5.56 mm brass at least 5 times, maybe more and it is still going on strong.

Left my brass, shot 50rds in my German Sig 220 (2nd favourite pistol now, behind my HK USP 40). Norinco ammo shot 100%, looks a little dirty though. Very happy with my purchase.

Out of curiosity is anyone else's brass tarnished? Got a case at the beginning of the month and noticed in many different boxes there appears to be a spot of corrosion (like the tip of a finger print almost) on 30% of the head stamps.
I bought a case and plan on shooting 500 rounds next weekend. Really glad to hear that it's decent ammo! I feel much better about my purchase now. Thanks for everyone's input!
It is good ammo. I did a search on CGN and found good reviews, even for reloading. Happy with it's performance so far. Goes bang with a little muzzle flash, fun times.

Is it non steel core? Need some ammo for the kimber on the way.
