yes, I bought a case and about 25-30% of of the head stamps are corroded with some green coloring. It is making me a bit un easy thinking that maybe this stuff is somewhat corrosive, but nobody has ever said anything about it being so. I oil my German P220 after every use just in case.
The head stamp is marked 93 by the way. I'm guessing that is the manufacture date ? So this stuff has been sitting around a warehouse in China somewhere for all most 20 years. a little tarnishing wouldnt be unusual, but why just around the primer ?

I'm not sure if that is corrosion or a sealant they use on the primers...on close inspection mine does not appear to be corrosion but can't say for certain what others have found.

I sorted through all the boxes today and segregated the questionable rounds. In total I have 250 "corroded" rounds. Yes, the primes have green sealant but this is definitely corrosion. Keeping in mind this was manufactured in 93, I'm not terribly upset.

I have shot 1500 rounds through my Kimber TE II and had only one miss fire. It works fine no major complaints. I have been going through a lot of solvent after shooting it though.

All mine have green colouring, some corrosion as well on the head stamps. Still fired perfectly and I don't see any effects of a corrosive primer... if these were corrosive, they'd be listed as such.

i have the same green mouldy stuff on my crates... and they smell like mould

ammo works great for what it is though, rarely do the shavings it leaves behind cause a failure... maybe 3 times out of 4 thousand rounds...

been shooting this stuff since can am got it, very happy with it, reloads well, runs super clean when reloaded for me, definetly NOT corrosive

Most likely moisture and mold. That was the first thing I though of when I saw the damp box (like when you keep baseball cards in a damp basement for a long time-curl up and texture changes). Rounds are 100% and true. Buy them and shoot the hell out of them. Then reload if you choose to.

Highly rated, cheap ammo for your big .45. I couldn't be happier.

Kaylie's turn to shoot the Norinco in my Sig 220

not corrosive and the corrosion will have no affect on function as the primers and necks are sealed.
