I have problems with this ammo in my Kriss vector. The Kriss will eat anything else besides Norinco. I get light primer strikes with Norinco 45 stuff.
It is like the casing isn't going completely going into the chamber. I don't think the primer is any harder then the other factory ammo like WW or AE stuff.
I did chrony the Norinco stuff and it was on average 100 fps less then AE or Winchester but if it was too weak it should most likely cause FTF or FTE and not light primer strikes.
I am not sure whats going on.

As for the Norinco being dirty, I don't know yet, I have a crate of 1000 on order.
However, I can tell you that after firing only 20-30 rounds of AE from my S&W 1911 45 auto, the outside of my slide near the muzzle is black from powder residue, how much dirtier can it get using The Norinco ammo.

Thinking of getting this stuff...kinda "scared" tho. Do want want to ruin a $1,500 gun or myself trying to save money!!!
Never argue with an idiot!!! --- Do not ASSume!!!
-"Well, we're not just going to let you walk out of here like that." "Who's "we", sucker?" "Smith, Wesson, and me." -"It's my opinion Callahan that you would be best serving the department at this time by getting off the streets." "Well, sir, opinions are like a**holes, everybody's got one." -"Here's my opinion on gun control. If there's a gun around, I'd better be in control."
To me it seems like any other brand of .45 only cheaper. It leaves a bit more soot on the end of the barrel/slide after a trip to the range but that easily wipes off.
