The Glock 21 Gen 4 is already a SF. The difference is in the backstraps, if you install the larger backstrap it's about the same size as the regular gen 3. Without it, it as the same grip size as the gen 3 SF.

Not that it matters being OOS but pretty sure it is a G21 SF Gen3. Gen 4 does not have the ugly rails.
A Gen 4 would have been really sweet with it being sold out everywhere.
