I second this. Called asking about some hard to find items. Dried up all my local sources, tried the other side of the country, was quite friendly on the phone, and in a few short weeks got what I needed! Quite happy, and will deal with again!

I can vouch for this as well. Received my tech sights very soon after ordering them. They were also very helpful and polite over the phone despite the less-than-intelligent questions I was asking at the time.
