Did you ever get your situation resolved .... I'm still waiting for an order I placed 10 days ago ... Says payment recived since the 4th and have not heard back from any email yet

The above number is correct - it is for Shawn Ella - he is one of the owners. They have been a great help to me in the past - thing's must be busy for them.

Still no shipped product or response from Brant. I phoned Shawn last Thursday and he said he would look into it and get back to me. Haven't heard anything since. I just want a refund now, because I was able to get the holster I ordered elsewhere that I need for a Black Badge course next week.

Made order on 05/09/12
3 weeks later made thread here asking if was still in buisness since no replys we're given to my emails
Got a response the next day saying holsters we're BO and was now being processed, thread was deleted
01/10/12 got an email with tracking number
Now my order went from brant to winnipeg so far when im in quebec, either i got wrong tracking or canada post is really messed up.
I went to go on their site from top of page and noticed they aren't spinsoring site anymore
I have always been the calm and patient guy, and still am. I too am in buisness, i sell plumbing supplys and services. I know first handed that keeping people updated and in touch is the most important thing. Easy to say but very hard to do. But then again i have been selling my services for 6 years now, and when people do not get the service they tend to go somewhere else for their next purchase.
But now how should i treat this, i have to pre-pay black badge course, if no i lose my place. If i pre-pay and doesn't deliver, i will lose my money and maybe get flagged as a flaker at my range.
Anyways sometimes life just get's in the way and we have bad passes with our buisnesses, i just want this to end up right.

I take back my previous post, for starters bladetech holster was backordered, and Shawn waited for full order to deliver. And Canada post really misdericted the package, received it yesterday, so that was not under his control either. Meanwhile he promissed that if equipment did not come in in time for BB course, he would express mail me his personnal gear so i could go thru with this.
I would definatly deal with again and recommend to buddies if i can coax them into IPSC
