    CFC approval time

Ordered my first handgun last Tuesday and just received a email today "waiting on CFC approval". How long does this usually take?

I don't see what could possibly take so long. "Yup he has a valid R-PAL...approved...oh crap we don't have a #2 pencil, now we're looking at a few weeks before we can sign the paperwork" LOL

3.5 weeks for me in NB. Might have been quicker if they hadn't lost my paper work. I had to resend my ATT form.

From 9 am til 1pm in Saskatchewan last Thursday. And the lady at the CFO's office asked if I had email. I asked why. She said :" I can email you your Transfer Notice and your updated LTATT with your new restricted rifle on it, so you don't have to wait til it comes in the mail to use your rifle."
