GSG 1911 - Thanks Blue Line!

I picked up a new toy this weekend and I'm pretty damn happy thanks to Blue Line Activities. Great customer service provided by Mona and Claire who really went above and beyond. Thanks again!

Got the same one from BL last yr, lots of cheap fun.

Beware of the pot metal recoil buffer, snapped like a cheap stick couple of weeks ago, walked in, exchange for new one.

Do you shoot at DVC, POCO?
    Caveat Emptor.
    Common Sense is NOT common.
Is that 20 years of experience or 3 years of experience repeated 6.66 times?

Hi, thanks for the tip, but are you said "snapped like a stick". Are you talking about the guide rod or the recoil buffer that looks like a rubber washer? My guide rod is made out of plastic. Apparently, this is the updated version which is supposed to replace the previous metal version which was known to be flawed. I've also got the newere clear urethane bushing which replaces the previous black rubber one which was prone to cracking.

I've read a lot of awesome reviews about Blue Line's warrantee policy on the GSGs, but I hope that most of the issues have been resolved with these new pistols. One way to find out, shoot it more
