    Special thanks!

    It might seem strange one dealer giving another compeating dealer feedback on their fourm, but you have to give credit ware credit is due. This week one of our employees recieved his dream rifle and scope.

    He was planning to take it Moose hunting next week, but the only problem, was that the bases were sold out at the distributor (Kimber 84 bases can be rare) and back ordered several weeks. We called a few places but no luck.

    Next I called P&D to see if they could help our guy out and they had the bases in stock. 5 mins later the order was completed and we had the tracking number that evening.

    2 day delivery and not only does our employee get to have his gun complete but he can even sight it in and take it Elk hunting this weekend too. A big thanks for the fast shipping!

    That's awesome to see frontier! P&d is a great store and so is frontier. I have been to both and bought from both.

    Since I have come back to shooting after a 12 year hybernation, I have bought three rifles from P&D and have always had amazing service. Nice to see the feedback. Very stand up.

    I purchased a CZ527 Carbine from Frontier two weeks ago. Order placed at 2pm and I got the tracking info at 5pm that same day! Rifle showed up a few days later. I ordered a set of rings to mount a scope on the CZ527 the same day from WholsaleSports and they still have not shipped! I will never order from them AGAIN! I sent them an email asking if my order had been sent and this is the reply I got last night.

    We are very short staffed at the moment in the warehouse and trying to process orders quickly. We do apologize for the extra delay and you r order should be completed this week. Please call 1-800-696-0253 to cancel or make any changes to the order.

    I've dealt with both dealers (most recently with Frontier) and feel the level of professionalism and the pricepoint at both stores prove they are great friends to the Gunnutz Clan.

    I ordered a Pachmayr signature grips from WSS few weeks back listing the item in stock. It turned out that item was in another store in Saskatoon and they have to request a transfer before they can ship. It took almost 4 weeks before my item arrived. I was notified that it might take 3-4 weeks, I took the chance since nobody seems to carry this grip for my CZ 85C. I might say if this is the case, you cannot blame WSS, as long as this information was given before the order was processed. BUT, SERVICE CAN DEFINITELY BE IMPROVED. Drop-shipment from the stocking store will save time. Shipping charge was on the high side. Again, that is what you get if an item is not readily stocked by other dealers. I tried some of our supporting dealers, but nobody carries this grip at that time. I am not defending WSS, this is just my opinion regarding their service. Better yet, if the item is carried by one of our supporting dealers and currently listed out-of-stock, call or send them an email. I am pretty sure they will lend a helping hand in getting the item the soonest possible.

    Kudos to FF and P&D and the rest of our Supporting Dealers!
