Jeepers guys... It was an M4 rifle with a crate of ammo for not much more than the cost of the rifle. If you're DESPERATE for the details of the former deal, go to CanAm's forum and look back in the history. The prices will most likely be different. Fuel for the ship on which the container full of rifles from China has gone up, Fuel for the truck dragging the container across Vancouver from the port has gone up (Ok, that's not much because the container's only going a few km from the port). The wages at CanAm have probably gone up with COLA in the contracts (if not, they should - not like CanAm's suffering). Price of nearly everything in the effing world except my salary has gone up, expect this to.

I don't need another gun case, and it was the 10.5 model.

Had this been the 14inch version, sans the gun case and $995 I would've been all over this like a fat kid on cake.

Damn 15% HST gets you though.

Well, no, I didn't look back, but that's the usual process. I guess I was suggesting, perhaps too subtly, that the details will be posted when they are available, and asking/nagging for details when they haven't been calculated (so that the supplier gets a fair profit and the customer gets a bargain) seems like a two-year-old begging for candy.

Just as I was suggesting, perhaps to subtly that your comments are useless if you direct people to do something that doesn't actually assist in finding info. But thanks for calling me a two year old begging for candy because I wanted to know some details about a deal that may come up again as CanAm stated, when they have more rifles in.
