      I do not know of any coming into the country as of yet with chrome barrels in a non-restricted version.

      Yes the rifle can come with a fixed stock if you choose. It would be an $80.00 price decrease.

      Sure just hire a gunsmith to make the barrel and install it... It's not worth the price to do it though...

      Not a hole, its an attachment point for a sling swivel. There'll be another spot on the left side rail as well.
