All of these products are 1oo% NIB unissued and. US NIJ rated. Muti hit and Guaranteed for 5yrs.
I have shot both the L3 and L4 with pmc x tac steel core SS109 62 yrs. 10rds before any serious back force deformation
We shot the L4 with 175gr RuaG Ap 762. Took 3 round before it penetrated !!!
Took 6 rounds of 15ogrs FMJ
