Make or suggest Henry a new avatar!

Well it's quite simple really, I look in the business network and what do I find but this;

I'm Henry Nierychlo aka Budget Shooter Supply.
I'm looking for some help coming up with a better Avatar that reflects the business I'm in.
I would appreciate any help in some ideas. I might even reward the one I like the best with some free product.

I always thought of it as his trademark when he posted a lot more, but I can see the need to be more professional, his business is really taking off. I'll see if I can come up with something later.

I like #3 in your post ammu-
To improve it I would use rifle rounds with Amax bullets. Red tip with the red banner, or maybe it'd look to Christmas like.
