I absolutely HATE the new website?
You list 12 manufactures... then have 'Other' as a choice and it contains more items than the 12 manufactures together. ???
How do I find Thureon Defense? Before I clicked on Thureon defense and saw what was in stock.
How do I find it now?? I click on Other...then what? Semi? That leaves me 1049 items to sort through............
Now what? Do I click 'Target' ...nope. 52 items but not there.
Military... no....
small / large handgun.... No and NO! Being handgun caliber I thought Maybe......
ah...here it is, mid-sized game. I should have know that the Thureon 9mm hunting rifle would be under Mid-sized game....
Your old website was Sooooo easy to find what you wanted or just simply check whats in stock .
Not anymore.
i could pop on and see if you got any new sigs or HK in stock... Not anymore.
Go ahead and tyoe in Sig and see what comes up under your search engine.... Sig makes Glock 35's and Windham weaponary ar15's??
The new site is useless
no kidding, absolute crap!
where do i find reloading supplies? NOWHERE! nothing on search. looking for a set of dies to add to my current order, nope nothing found.... send in 3 emails, in the last 3 days, which have NOT been answered....call in, nope all lines are busy....frustrating....i know where i wont be shopping again.
Guys, c'mon - don't you think you are being harsh? The old website was UN-NAVIGABLE. To find a gun before, you had to scroll through often 10+ pages of 50 listings per page to see what they had. No search function, nada. In comparison, this is a huge leap forward.
The new page isn't perfect, but I for one am grateful of their efforts to improve the situation and if we provide CONSTRUCTIVE criticism, they may be incentivized to improve it further (I hope?).
An easy start would be to add more manufacturers to search by. Some suggestions would be to add Uberti and Taylor & Company since they seem to have a fair bit of stock from both.
I would also suggest that instead of calibre categories like "Large Handgun", they could call it "Handgun Calibers, .38 and up" or better yet, list all common calibre's independently in a drop-down menu.
Here's to the left-handed Type 97 for bear defence.
The old site was kind of my bible, it will take some getting used to... JP.
I liked the old site better.
It was much easier to "browse" what was in stock.
I've ended up ordering a few guns by browsing and tripping over something.
There's no way that will ever happen now.
I like that they finally added pictures of there used firearms.......................
