Agree, the service from OST is amazingly good.

They are pretty good at getting back to ya with their e-mails....however its day 13 since payment has gone through and still no shipping or tracking # nor an update. Got my Glock 22 in half the time from Markham ON to Saskatchewan. This is my first purchase with OST and was wondering if anyone else has had long ship times?!?! from what i can see on the forum these guys are usually top notch when it comes to transactions

Wait times and service expediency seem to be personnel dependant. In other words, it tends to be a bit of a crap shoot with this organization.

I've placed 2 orders through OSTS now and have always gotten surprisingly good service. I probably sent Darren 6 emails during their black Friday sale, expecting to maaaybe hear from him in a few hours, but he was spot on with his replys almost instantly. Only downside with the shipping on my latest order was that I was out of the country when it arrived. But somehow Darren knew this and threw in a 2cent tactical patch, just to make opening the box a little better. Keep up the great work Darren.
