How do I give a deposit to hold one. No local stores have one so I would like to drive down to check it out rather than buy online. But its 1000km, I would hate to get there and have them all sold out.

Well I got the ok from the missus. This gun wasnt on my must have list, so now im torn if its gonna be the 500 or the desert eagle 50ae.. I will call Gary on monday to come check it out anyways.
Make it a progressive sale
Get the 500, the largest production blah blah distinction missing from the 50ae.

I'm guessing you haven't shot both guns? I have the s&w 500 magnum with the 6.5" barrel like wanstalls is selling and it is wayyy more power than the desert eagle 50ae
Just a heads-up to the prospective buyers, if you are going to shoot at an indoor range check to see if the 500 or 460 are even allowed
While I can shoot 44mag and 454 Casul on the pistol side at my local indoor range, the 460 had to be fired on the rifle side.
Same thing kinda for the 500, could shoot the 500gr loads on the pistol side but the 350gr loadings were too fast/hot.
Not trying to bring anyone down just something to think about.
BTW, both rounds are flat out awesome!
Reloading is the only way to really enjoy these beasties

Just emailed Gary with my CC info so this better not turn into a progresive sale!! Sure hope I made the right choice buying this thing. Looked all over online to find one, to reference pricing with no luck. So who ever wants to order the other one in stock.. do it now because I couldnt find them anywhere else in Canada.. PS Dan said he would throw in a box of ammo with each gun
I will be there this saturday morning Dan, pretty excited to check the store out! any hotels close by?
