Quebec, SKS and Ammo - not Registered? [answered-thank you]

bought a .22 last week from a store located in Ontario. and the rcmp never called, i received the rifle few days ago. the store register the rifle and i will will received the certificate later on..never had problem buying rifles outside quebec...

We are not having problems buying outside Quebec, we are discussing the issue of registration. We know we can register and some retailers stil register. The problem is that here is no law on the books asking us to register. The Quebec gov and RCMP are asking us to register and spending money on the registration without a budget or a law to make us do it.
