I am in the middle of a situation like this one mentioned. There is a certian gun dealer in BC that is demanding that in order for them to honor what is an obvious waranty claim on a Poly M305 that was purchased last June with a 1 year "local warranty" (a mis-aligned and in-properly bored gas cylinder which may be because they screwed up the flash supressors guid marks?) due to us not being able to produce the recipt!? They have had a piss poor attitude on the phone during every conversation but even though We have the cc statement and even the serial # and date of which they have to record on their end so that they have record of the sale anyway, but they are claiming 'no recipt (misplaced during a recient move to a new house), no warrenty". I have been told that they will address our repair in the new year (they have had the gun for 5 weeks now), If i dont get some proper customer service with this one, you can be assured I will be letting everyone know who this is and that they see as little future business from CGN users as possible.
