    You're giving yourself credit you don't deserve. The Rem 700 AR mag conversion has been done before. "Your" idea is anything but unique, I'm afraid.

    Lol. Lets all agree. Canada needs this rifle. A LAR mag feeding accurized bolt action would be a great tack driver for coyotes.... And zombies?

    Done. I finished my Marlin XS7 223 to accept LAR-15 mags. Heres a short video and some pics i made for the guys on the Marlin forum.

    Getting them to make a 7.62x39mm version couldn't hurt either, still using ar magazines.
    Apparently a 300blackout version is in the works as well.

    No doubt you read the Blackout availability on 300blktalk.com? For those interested, it was Davidson's in the US that had a listing on their site for that model. No info (not surprising) on Mossberg's site at all. For a rifle with so much sales potential here in Canada, I think the whole situation with this thread seemingly being ignored and no availability of product, is complete nonsense.
