How are the bores ont these EX snipers? Typical mosin, dark and a little frosted?

I'm still working on getting my PU Sniper scoped in. For some reason I can't get that sucker even close closet target. On another note the SVT scope and mount I also bought from you works great on my 41 izvesk.
Do you know of any Idiots guides to PU mosin scopes?
