    It means that customers can't pickup online orders placed previously that were specified as in-store pickup. Also consignee's can't pickup their consigned firearms etc that day. If you are in the store making a purchase, everything but restricted's can come home with you, with restricted's you have to go through the regular transfer process with the CFO.
