It certainly isn't impossible. We did eventually get the HK45c in. But for those of us who tried from the time the first ones rolled off the manufacturing lines, it sure took a hell of a long time. There was a lot of anecdotal "I'm in's" and pledges of interest before an order was put in. And the actual delivery time was a gross misrepresentation, but that is not uncommon for those who follow HK closely. I'm one of those people and I stand by my use of their firearms. They're truly awesome. You'll just be less disappointed if you're a patient HK enthusiast.

We may be able to do a custom run but HK asks for 300 units for something like that. We wanted to bring in shorty 10.5" MR223's but were told a custom run would need min 300 units.

I'm pretty sure one centralized retailer in Canada could pull off 300 country-wise sales. Heck, half could probably be funneled through Cabela's in one shot. Then 5-10 each to the biggest secondary stores, and all done.

FN Sports/R. Nicholls just changed names and moved 45-minutes down the road. They weren't real "civilian customer friendly" before, and I'm not holding my breath they will be this time either.....
