You should probably pick up the phone and order directly from them. Since JR is saying he has them still I would think there was miscommunication and if you call quick you will most likely get what you want.
We no longer have any physically in the store to sell, and that is what the original update reflected.
HOWEVER! J.R. used his magic to secure more, and we are doing a Pre-Sale for the M&P 9 and 40 kits along with the PPX kits.
For all the online order we received, we are going to send out an update letting our customers know of this new development and extend the offer of the Pre-Sale.
If you choose to go with the Pre-Sale, the SALE price will be honoured.

I was after the same thing -- I put one order in for the $149 version, those sold out fairly quickly. I put in a second order for a laminate stock - same deal, they were all gone by yesterday evening.
Card is charged to confirm the Pre-Sale price. When stock arrives, we can move right to doing transfers instead of trying to track people down for payments.
Web ordered one of the $149 sks's yesterday afternoon (Atlantic time), order went from pending to processing within a hour. Hoping I got one! Lol would have set aside more $$ ahead of time had I known about he sale. Will know better next year. Lol
I really have to thank CGN and David at TSE. I just got my RPAL in the mail 3 days ago, and was headed out to buy one of the S&W M&P9 range kits locally for $649, which I thought was a good price. While having my morning coffee, thought I would check my email and browse the forum for any good EE posts for the same kit. I happened upon this thread, and saw the kit for $100 less, called and got connected with David. He secured me the sale price, on a pre order. I am very happy. People are selling used kits of the same gun for more on the EE. I guess it pays to keep current with CGN. THANK YOU!!!
