.45ACP your favorite load!

So whats your favorite load for .45ACP? That burns clean and no flame thrower's.
Im using N340-5.9g, 230g-fmj campro, range brass. Whatever reg primers are available. small or large.

I merely by coincidence developed a load into cases with small primer. Fed. small pistol primer, Longshot powder 8gn and 185gn Berry FMJ-hollow base. Good recoil, clean burn, minimal flame, if any and pretty consistent. It's funny, things change quiet bit when I use the regular large primer cases, them I have to start reducing powder charge and even when the accuracy is good, it is not as good as with those small primers

I've been using 5gr of 231 with 230 RN lead. Seesm to work well. I loaded up some 4.5gr with 255RNFP and it also works well.

Cast 230 RN or TC with 4.5 grains of Bullseye. Target load.

A 230gr FMJRN pill behind 4.6gr Titegroup, 1.202" OAL gets an avg 854fps out of my 1911.

I've been using 5.9 grains of Titegroup behind a 185 hollow base round nose Berrys and 5.4 grains behind a 200 flat point Campro to make major. They both seem pretty good to me, but the Campros are a bit cheaper, so I might stock up on them. I've been wanting to try a plated semi wadcutter, but every time I try to order some, they seem to be out of stock.

Why all the love for 230gr? sure they feed great, but not the best in terms of accuracy IMO. for me 200gr wc over 5.3 grains unique (old school)
