after waiting years for them to be sold and having owned many AR's in the past i can really say that i am very impressed with the fit and finish and it was excellent on the range .most were in the bull at 60 metres with my old crappy eyes and open sights ...will take it to the 200 meter outdoor range next week im hoping....pics and video on page 2

Congrats on the purchase of your new C8 rifle, it's great to start hearing from the buyers that they are impressed with the quality and accuracy of these made in Canada Colts.
Next time post up a pic or two of your range results, ammo. used and your rifle as well.
 
These are very nice rifles to say the least, we just got them at work maybe 3/4 of a year ago. When I finally got certified on them, I was like a kid in a candy store, very smooth action and very accurate. Wouldn't mind owning one down the road maybe.

the Elcan is going on today and ill try it out soon .....REALLY HAPPY!!!
 
if you mean the sling ya man i couldnt figure that out it was all a mess and i wasnt in the forces so i guessed ..lol..and yes i have ear plugs in you cant see them im half deaf anyways...the rear sight was mounted that way when it came also if thats what you mean by bius...its off now with an Elcan installed will see how that works ..cant wait till next range day
 
lol yep looked it up they put it on backwards at the factory ..or at the distributers..dosent matter like i said its off now ...now i need to find the bayonet and the tri mount ...
