Out of curiousty , how much does your ammo cost......I have a 44 mag. Redhawk , and shells are about a buck each now , so the Redhawk does not get much regular use anymore.....

I love Wolf ammo in 44 mag 230 gr FMJ and the fact, it's cycle perfectly my Desert Eagle prove that they are hot loaded and quality ammo... I buy them by the case, Ammo Kate and SFRC have great deal by the K's... JP.

If black powder handguns have any space here, I guess i would suggest my .65 calibre double barrel muzzleloading howdah pistol would be my own submission.

The OP might consider buying/importing a two barrelled cartridge firing howdah pistol in calibre .577 Snider?

If you're taling about .50AE I think I got it shipped to my door for around $45.00 per box of 20. So a little over $2.00 each

My 10.5" Performance Center 500 S&W. For reference is my little hand cannon, the 7.5" Super Blackhawk Hunter. Out of all of the pistols and revolvers I own these are without a doubt my two favorites to shoot.

This I love! I'm almost completely sold on the S&W 500. Just don't know wether to go short or long barell. That one you have is practically a rifle. Lol

For the 500, this one is my fav, but I bet the 8 3/8" with full underlug is a lot nicer to shoot. if S&W made the 460 with a 6.5" like this, i'd sure be tempted.
