CZ 958 Teaser Part 4 (NO THEY DON'T HAVE CHROME LINED BARRELS)

I may have just ordered 4800 rounds of 7.62x39 in anticipation of this rifle. Ants in the pants! C'mon Grumpy, get one into my grubby hands already!
 
any chance that you guys will make a factory .308 version with a chrome lined barrel that takes lar mags.

Maybe...'cause all my combloc transport comes with "Grease, USSR1-u1-A1", standard, for my 'track'; otherwise, I'll use 'spray'n go'; pick your flavour 'O the decade..
Whatever the flavour is, works, on all my platforms to date...
Regardless of the 'year'...
Funny how my platforms keep runnin' through the years, 'less I don't hose them down, with the current 'flavour', or 'whatever...'; none have failed, all 'stuff', has kept them runnin'....
('cept for some cold weather sensitive goo...)

I have a meeting set up with my MP for next week. I'll make sure to mention this issue. It sure would be nice to have one of these rifles for fun times on the range!

That is excellent. It is greatly appreciated that you will be talking to your MP. They need to be aware of the stalling tactics etc of the forensics lab and at the end of the day, it is hurting Canadian businesses and consumers.

I wouldn't be surprised if that "lab" was just a storage unit. Nice fancy word to make something simple seem complicated to the uninformed.
 
I'm not 100% up to date on the info that was released about the 958, but from the pictures the angle of the back of the receiver is not the same as regular vz.58, and it seems to be messing with the angle of the stock. Has this been discussed somewhere else, and if not what's that about?
