Rimfire Pics...Show em off!!!

Savage 93R17 BVTS
Cabelas Pine Ridge 17 Tactical Scope

How do you rate the Cabela's scope ?
They seem to have nice features for the price. They come with other calibers turrets.
Very tempting to put one on my CZ .22lr but only if its good...

I went with the angles one cause I found it cheap on the ee. But once I mounted it up.... I'll never use a vert grip again! It's so much more comfortable! And I agree it looks great too!

Didn't think these are too rare, but didn't see any 170+ pages of .22's.
25-10 Stevens in a mod 4 Remington, great granny shot deer that got in the garden with it on Vancouver inland.

baikal I think? I don't have much info on it any would be nice. My first gun I bought my self close to 40 years ago. 6 shot clip, with a little work I got a 10 shot Mossberg to work.

Father in law used to have one of these. One of the best shooting 22s I have ever used.

Unfortunately it got borrowed and never returned :(

So over the years I have been on the lookout for another one. But any time I find one they NEVER have a mag.

Hardest mags on the planet to find.

I would be VERY interested in finding out how you modded a Mossberg mag to work.

Not much really. It's a couple thousands to big a little filling and sanding. On the red plastic follower I had to change the angle a bit. Did a little tack weld on the back to stop the clip from going in too far. File a little flat spot on the bottom of the weld for the clip release catch.

Yes I beleave so. I've had a couple of sleeps since I did it.

I'm still looking for a substitute clip for a Mod 64 Cooey.

Nice collection DILLIGAF ! The photo of your array of .22s has inspired me to dig out all my .22s for a photo shoot:

The last 2 firearms are still projects under construction, and are just mocked up for the photos.

just joined, new to the hobby and just picked up a 22lr not to long ago

Couldn't be happier with it, very accurate and cheap to shoot.

Savage Mark II FV with Redfield Revenge scope 4.5-12/42mm, UTG Rings and cheap bi-pod i had sitting around.

yeah, this one came together nice...sometimes less is more.
Thanks, I really like the MFT stock and Miad grip on this one. However, Brownells has really let me down, I am still waiting for the carbine extension tube that I ordered over 3 weeks ago (thats just a plastic tube in the pic)....it finally shipped on Friday, and they have cancelled the end plate and castle nut from my order :( Hopefully it will all come together in a few weeks. I test fired it with a different stock a few weeks ago, and I must say I really like the weight and balance of the 12" factory profile barrel.

Details on this one? Is this a dedicated rimfire upper? I would love a short barreled rimfire upper but they have been too pricey for my budget so far.

That is going to be super sweet when completed, even if the gestapo will classify it a restricted. Are you planning on adding a foregrip of some sort?

That is a RRA lower with RRA 2 stage match trigger and a dedicated .22 CMMG Mk4 PDW upper and yes, it was ridiculously expensive, but I had been looking for a good quality, short, SBR type .22 upper for a long time and jumped at the chance when Questar had one in stock.

Thanks Mark, my long term plan is to build a wood replacement for the damaged plastic stock. I will probably modify a standard Ruger wood stock by adding the folder mechanism and an AR pistol grip and then shorten the fore end (although not as short as the Butler Creek shown in the photo) I don't plan to add a foregrip, but that could change after I will see how it handles.
Here is a thread I started about this project: http://www.canadiangunnutz.com/forum/showthread.php/1134581-Low-Budget-10-22-quot-Pocket-Rifle-quot-SBR-Project
