New Product Development

I have been looking at your LSS chassis for my LH short action 700 Rem. do you have one with the longer forend available? I would like to suggest that a lightweight stock system for hunting rifles should be developed.I would suggest using the hinged factory mag system which would result in a much slimmer stock much easier to carry for extended hikes. I realize most of your customers can,t wait to hang a 10 rd. mag on there rifles for the cool factor. But hunters do not need that ,it gets in the way and the detactable mag, is just one more thing to lose or forget at home ,also they are not the first choice of reloaders.I wonder if a version with an fixed buttstock such as the Eberlstock or the Rock Solid would be a stronger more rugged setup for hard use field rifle.I like the idea of being able to install a stock of your style myself and look forward to see what future models you bring out.
Thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately we do not have left handed models available with the extended fore end.

Rimfire folding chassis for the CZ455 or Ruger 10/22 family where the hinge is between the grip and trigger to maximize the reduction in length. Maybe the same for a Anschutz 64 action? With the availability of a longer forearm with a rail for the precision bipods. All chassis dimensions could be downsized in width slightly for the smaller action sizes to reduce weight.

I'll chime in on the m14 platform.even just more accessories for them....would it be way to crazy to ask for a Canadian made m14 receiver?

Someone said it earlier but the Savage Mk2 FV-SR having something like the LSS or something new would be pretty nice I think.

+1

LSS for some of the more popular rimfire rifles would be useful. I would like to have a rimfire and a centerfire rifle in the same set-up for training since .22LR is a lot cheaper.

If someone could make an aluminium 10/22 bullpup chassis with an integrated receiver it would sell like hotcakes and would be totally legal.

This would need to be a completely new firearm, with its own FRT, implying it is done by a manufacturer with its Firearms Business License. This is a very costly and lengthy process. The market is very limited because Americans can use the bullpup stocks.

Some thing a little different. I have a HKSL8 and have bin looking for a pistol grip style stock section to replace the thumb hole stock assy. I dont know how many SL8 owners there are in Canada looking for some thing like this. I know Hera arms sells one but they are almost as much as a new Remington 700. Just an idea. I know you would be able to sell them state side as well. Put a post up on HK Pro.

Nah, it would be easy. Any manufacturer could do it easily and make loads of cash. (shhhh, don't blow it man)

We are licensed for this...

NEA makes a lower that accepts AR mags, pistol grip and butt stock if I remember correctly.

Edit: I guess it's for a Swiss CG, not a SL8.

Would you concider a lss for a ns522? It shouldn't require to much modifications parts from the magwell lenght.
