Need help idetifying chamber length of 10 guage SXS

Inherited gun, I can't seem to figure out what my chamber length is. I was given a box of 3.5" shells, but need to verify before I shoot it.
Right barrel is stamped "Made for the American import Co. San Francisco California".
Left is hard to read, but I think it says "Armas "GIB" Elbar made in Spain" The GIB and Elbar are rubbed off a bit from use, so I can't be certain that is what it says.
Underside of barrels are stamped "19.3" on both, some proof marks and "1000kgs
Receiver is marked model 3200, gauge 10-89
I want to shoot it, bad, but I need to be advised what shell length is, fingers crossed it is a 3.5" gun.
It is in perfect condition, heavy as sin, but like new, any information is appreciated.
It is sitting here with me, if there are anymore photos needed or questions to assist, I will be quick at responding.

I have been fighting this gun for 2 days for information.
The stamp that is circled with 10-89 is intriguing. Everything is metric.
Second photo shows "GUAGE 10-89". Seeing how the chokes are metric I converted the "89", it converts to 3.5, I want to think that is the chamber length. Hopefully someone with knowledge on this style of firearm has seen these markings before.
Chokes too, what does "19.3" convert to for restriction?

I would have preferred the "10-89" to be stamped on the barrel flats rather than on the water table. I would still follow Gunsaholic's advice and measure the chambers.

Id on this gun make and model some would like to know and value
Looks like a Richland Arms Co Richland 711 10 ga SxS to me but I am not sure if they made any of those in Italy or just Spain

10-Gauge = Bore Diameter of .775 inches or 19.3mm

AMERICAN IMPORT CO MODEL 3200 SXS 10 GAUGE
is it not guys
If so should have 3 1/2 chamber 32" barrels and full/full chokes

Let the experts chime in to confirm I may be way off. Like I said I don't know SXS
Also to me is it Spain produced not Italy as you originally stated from the proof marks but the boys will confirm

I always thought the BP was smokeless powder approved and the cross gun tested twice but again I'm no sxs guy

I can't quite make it out but if that is a 01 on the left side of the barrel flats at the front, then it was made in 1970. I believe GIB was the maker but I don't know who that was.

Edit--I since found this. However, the GIB is not in a box so it might not be the same maker.

Odd glare, and a testament to my photograpy skills.
It is a "01", knowing the year is cool too, thank you.
I love the heft of this gun, it is an absolute beast, scale says 11 pounds, 10 oz.
I have an OU I use for fun, but this old SXS is new to me, I can't see myself in a position where I would want to take it hunting, just because of the sheer size of it, but would this be considered a good gun or a knock off of something? While trying to Google every word I could find in hopes of avoiding making a thread I found some on auction sites, averaging about $900, that's not a cheap gun if it is junk. I don't know if that value is because of it's age or if it actually a decent gun. It locks up and functions smooth, especially for something that is 45 years old.
I may install some wheels on it and try it for turkeys this spring just to get it out of my system.

I think you're safe to fire 3 1/2" in it now, but I would NOT fire that particular 3 1/2" shell if you paid me! Looks like somebody's really bad attempt at handloading.
 
I know. I opened it to see what was in it, it had "CC" on it, wanted to see if it was copper plated. It was there for illustration purposes only.
 
did you shoot her yet pyd ,I am willing to bet she will throw a amazing pattern with number 5 shot and be one heck of a turkey gun ,come on you know I am waiting for you to shoot her ,get your wife to video you shooting it ,I want to see your face when you touch her off ,shoot it shoot it shoot it come on just shoot it ,,lolololol you know you want to ,,,we have had a few of these 10g sxs over the years and thy are a very good gun ,Dutch
 
A whole whack of importers brought these "Goose Guns" in to the USA during the late '50's '60's and early '70's. Most were Spanish with Hermanos Zabala being the most prolific. All were proofed with 3 1/2" magnum lead loads. They are safe with steel loads but the chokes should be opened a bit as they were tight. Seek out L.P. Brezney on the web he did a lot of research on these behemoths. The two I owned were model 3200 " Dickson Falcon" by Hermanos Zabala. Solid, heavy and serious they did what they were intended to do. Finding good 10 gauge loads was a task for me so down the road they went....

They are stateside sales and unfortunately we can forget those numbers in canada
I would be suprised if you could pull 400-500 out of it up here but could be wrong
Myself I always ask what is can be used for and a full choked 10ga sxs made for lead would have a small following or end use today IMO

I have no intention of selling the gun, it has grown on me.
Is it possible to have the barrels tapped for removable chokes? Seems to have enough meat up there to support it. Maybe then I could even use steel in it.
