My rig:
Just put an Aero COP upper on one of mine the other day. Not sure I love it, might be going back to the previous configuration.
Before: Colt A2 upper receiver. Wanted to find a basic flat top for ease of optics but walked out with the COP.
After: I don't like the handguard. The rifle feels rock solid for what that's worth but as it turns out I don't like the rails. Expensive mistake! Unfired/once-assembled Aero upper going on the ee soon probably.

Just kidding! I almost bought the same M&P15 a year ago but remorse from imagining my wife's sad doe eyes staring at me made me return it! Enjoy!

My new-to-me Noveske Gen II lower came in yesterday! YAY! Had her all assembled within 45mins. While putting away some spare parts, I discovered I have even more extra parts kicking around from accidentally buying parts I thought I didn't have. I guess I'll have to do another build.

Seeing as this is a Noveske kind of page I just got one that was going to be the base for a Honey Badger build in 300 Blk, but I can resist anything but temptation 
...
So the new rifle; a Noveske Lower and the new Troy M7 PDW in 5.56 package for the rest... I think I'll call her Vera

A spare parts build, just waiting on my KX3 to show up.
Im building a similar upper from spare parts, only require a barrel and muzzle device for the upper so far. I have the same rail and planned on using a kx3 or kx5 but not sure what it will look like finished. Please post an update, and what is the barrel length? I was thinking of using the DD 10.3". Once you post an update Ill have a better idea how much the Comp will protrude.
