So I put my casm mount on and my scope with low rings but it's still a little high, my chin just sits on the stock. Only option I've found my googling in canada is that tac pro cheek riser. But I really don't want to drill into my stock. Any other options out there ?

If you're looking for an actual cheek riser to help your shooting, this might work for you. It's the only strap-on cheek rest on the market that is precision formed and is infinitely adjustable.
No drilling, but is just as stable as a bolt-on cheek rest.
You can save $40.00 because it doesn't include a burlap bag.

LiveForTheRut..............GREAT pic on the beach!!!! Love to see the M14 out in all it's unrestricted glory and natural habitat!!!

lots of places sell kydex squares...... trace yer pattern , cut it out, put it in a big pot of boiling water for several minutes and with oven mitts on, shape it to your stock.
mark out an dremel the slots, drill yer stock and hit up home depot for the carriage bolts. I use flush mount ones that use an allen key instead of knobs , buckles or straps that catch on stuff. cost me under 30.00 all in ;)

Or, you can buy a kit that is precision cut and has smooth machined edges, with all hardware included for $24.95.;)
As an aside, boiling water is not hot enough to form Kydex. Kydex should be heated to a temperature of 350º F. About 90 seconds in a pre-heated toaster oven.

Some day, when I have some time, I'll post a video on how to make an adjustable cheek rest for $3.00 from a Pastrami submarine sandwich.
