Hello, and welcome to the fourms!
I'm ok with the sound, it's a gun with no smell that I'm after. A smellpressor. No doubt the rcmp with insist that a gun with no gunpowder smell is a high risk to the public.![]()
That makes as much sense than the OP..wouldnt there have to be someone there to make it go bang? Unless it can go BANG by itself?.
I can honestly say I love the smell of powder. But to answer the initial question, the sound of a gun operating is pretty swell to me too. The sound of the shot can be a little overwhelming with some big rifles.
Getting them out is the hard part though. I got an infection once.I like sounds...

Why don't we give the new member a chance to explain what he really meant to sayPersonally,i like no sound guns and i think its good, and sound make me nervous. So,how about you?
When holes start appearing in whatever I am shooting at I know mine are working . To the Op assuming you are just starting to shoot firing many very loud guns now will make the rest of your shooting career much quieter. Especially if you forget your ear protection on a regular basis .There is nothing like hearing the action of your firearm cycling and a reassuring thwack as a subsonic bullet hits your target without the deafening boom usually experienced with gunfire. However brakkleen gets expensive and prison is a lonely place ...I like my guns to make a sound. That way I know for sure that they are working.
what a way to welcome a new person to the site!! keep up the good work....
