How big a store is Wolverine and how many guns a day do they sell

They have an indoor water slide and a go cart track to keep you entertained while waiting in the Wallyworld Walmart Wolverine payment line. Just a few more of the value added services, you should allow at least two days once you walk thru the door.

Bought many guns from them over the years and have had nothing but the best service, especially after the sale which is what matters most.

Wolverine is the best gun shop I've ever dealt with. I will always check to see if they have what I'm looking for before I check other sites.

Do they have a shooting range or place where they can test fire guns?

They have a range right outside the store. The store is actually decently sized. I wouldn't say it's huge, but I wouldn't say it's tiny either. Sometimes it's hard to get service when you're in store because they're all running around like chickens with their heads cut off behind the counter, but most of the time the service is great and they stand behind every product they sell.

I wouldnt ever stand in front of any kind of gun if I sold them!

Whenever I call or email I am getting the impression they are busy selling a thousand guns a day and the store is like a super Walmart! Correct?

LOL....well I wouldn't call the storefront a super walmart sized, but it is decent sized. The majority of our business is done via phone, email and online. We deal with hundreds of phone calls and email each and every day and we try to give everyone the attention to detail that they deserve. Not all of these phone calls or emails are a sale for sure but we do provide a lot of information and feedback to the folks we talk to and in turn we learn as well in regards to what people are looking for and how we can better help and serve the Canadian gun owning public.

Now in all fairness to the "chickens with their heads cut off" comment, there are some things to take into account. Not everyone you see moving around behind the counter or on the way past is in sales. A lot are in shipping, receiving, purchasing etc. They will try and help if they can until a sales person is freed up. The sales person that zoomed past you may be on the way back to the phone as he has a customer on hold and was finding out some info for them.

You don't have any explaining to do Grumpy, you're busy for a reason. :)

I couldn't resist LOL

I have purchased a few big ticket items from them and they have taken the time to answer each and every question I have no matter how big or small, orders are quickly shipped and professionally packaged.

Top notch business

i dealt with them a number of times. and i got what i thought was some of the best customer service i ever got .i think that they have some smart people there. when you get hold of them i am sure you will be very happy with the service you get. i deal with a number of stores and there are a few i will no longer deal with because of (POOR) service .

What has size of storefront, or number of sales got to do with quality? These people are simply great! Good people who know their business. Is that not enough?
Janice.

This is a couple years ago now but we were in there and Mr. Hipwell did a great job of distracting my better half with photos of his latest African safari while I made some purchases. I don't think it was an intentional distraction but it sure played in my favour...hmm...and I guess in Wolverines favour from a sales perspective. Well played Wolverine Supplies. Well played. :)
