Tactical Teacher 2015 Western Road Trip... finally it's gonna happen...AND I'm HOME!

I'm waiting for approval to forward my e-mail to all club members.
These are the unknowns at this time.
1) How many club members are interested?
2) How many quests are interested ?
3) Will my club range allow the courses ?
4) Then we have availability of Tactical Teacher?
So far I have made zero progress....

:)

I love you guys and I thank you for the productive discussion, but right now I need hosts/pointmen/ organizers at your GC to host me and then we move forward from there!

For example:

Back in 2012 45ACPKing, the M14 expert, invited me for a few days to the Interior BC for some M14 Fun and a 3 day range (or was it two?) :) and boy did we ever have fun! Many , many fond memories of that "shooting camp".

In Pemberton, BC, billygoat will remember that fun and intense 2 day clinic and we had Bongobob (key figure here...) host me on the ground at the Pemberton GC. Life is good. Most memorable!

In Dundurn, SK, I was lucky enough to visit there TWICE: 2012 for M14 and in 2103 for M14 (2 days) and CQB (2 days). I was hosted by the kindness of Shawn who did all the arranging on the ground at CFS Dundurn. :)

So if you would love to see clinics at your location / city/ gun club / gun range... know that I'm dependent of the hard work of you local organizer (possibly you?) :) Send me a PM... having me over near you might be easier to arrange than you might think.

Now , please excuse me, I have to pack my truck with the CQB kit I need for CFB Petawawa's Echo Range for this weekend of 27-28 June 2015. :dancingbanana:

Cheers,
Barney

So far I've got 7 interested from my home club. Then we have Luckyones and his buddy. Then maybe a couple of others from the area. I'm waiting for my e-mail to go out to members of the Peachland Club?? So I'm working on it!! My computer is down so my responses are slow!!!

Just a FYI for anyone trying to be a point man.
1) Things move really slow. You just have to be patient.
2) I've got 3 guy's interested in the course but don't have a M-14.
3) I had a guy at the range today who is interested but doesn't have a M-14 but wants to know if it is O.K. to use a Mini-14 or a SKS?
4) I've got 3 M-14's and they will all get used hopefully in the course . But I have to tell people that the first one that pays get's to use one of my guns.. Don't promise anyone until they pay.

Just small glitches that you don't expect. It isn't difficult but like Tactical Teacher say's someone has to be at the point..

I would be down for a clinic near/in calgary as well. Got a 305 thats all cleaned up but yet to be tinkered with or shot yet.

In for a Winnipeg session!
Working on securing a classroom at Wolverine Supplies in Virden, MB for mid - September, middle of the week. It's hard but that's the time I'm passing through. Just need to hammer a date down and we will see you MB dudes there!

CGY clinics are slowly falling into place with TSE as my host location... M14, pistol and Carbine clinics... THREE days, but it's a matter of the confirmed days and dates for mid September

St Paul, AB (North of Edmonton), we are still firming up the clinic and the dates... Also mid - September

Kelowna (Joe Rich) M14 clinic is slowly firming up for Mid September.

There... that's your latest teaser....

Barney

i could offer a flat acre in Canim Lake BC to pitch tents/RV's, a well set up shop and a nice quiet range 5 minutes or so away or a massive crown land spot in early to mid sept but October is out of the question.
a little further out from the last time we did a clinic here but figure I'd throw it out there. there wouldn't be the "epic" journey required to get to the range like last time tho LOL

** edit to add. if you do a lowermainland event and need a TIG welder , you know who to message LOL
