Here's what I would like:

"AR15 -Upper-In-A-Bag"

Make it a beginners product: all the components, parts, tools, and a DVD showing the step by step procedure for assembly to make your own upper. Yeah, I know it's all here and on ARFDOTCOM...but they are on stickies that are 100 pages long. They are littered with wiseass comments and flame wars involving idiots that may or may not know what they're talking about. If you're a beginner yourself you can't tell the knowledgeable instructors from the gas bags.

I would like something that takes me from start to finish so that I can do it in my own shop at my own pace. I dunno if that's feasible or not, but it is the way I would like to approach such a project.

I found the MidwayUSA video series (one for upper, one for lower) an excellent resource. The photography is excellent. The only caveat is they are assembling an A2 lower, so the stock/buffer tube assembly installation process is a little different.

Wolverine would have to make it mix and match - select your parts from a list of each component, for it to make sense though...and they would have to have separate ones:

Flat tops would have different options than A2's. Free float options would have to be different than 2-piece, etc. Gas systems would also have to be taken into account.

Probably easier to have a lower-kit-in-a-bag.

In all honesty we have found that in a lot of cases the packages don't work, as everyone wants a different buffer weight etc. We have everything in stock for a buffer package, and we try and maintain stock levels on those all the time.

As for bundling with a stock, it is the same thing, stocks are something that one man hates and the next guy loves.

One solution to this could be to have a drop down selection option on the website that automatically provides a discounted checkout total if all 3 items are purchased at the same time.

Another vote for 18" 308 match barrels!

DPMS and Armalite style barrels from Fulton Armory, Criterion or Ranier would all be options..

I would buy a DPMS style barrel in a heartbeat
