No - I think I am going to keep the wood, I hope to pass this shotgun on to one of my nephews eventually and their tastes may be different to mine and they may like the fancy original wood..

No, zero flex. Quite well made, QD mount capable, lightweight, nice wide cheek weld, streamline design. Seems to be developed with .223 recoil in mind, so I'll find out fast how well it handles 12g recoil.

Had a hold of one today. Seemed good. Will fire 3 1/2 if you like. It had some button on the forend? Something about ejecting without feeding? Anyhow I thought it was a little too 'Tac Cool' for me but still something I'de hang in the gun room. Wouldn't trade my 14" 590 or 14" P for it thou.
Supposed to be an awesome shotgun. If I see it on sale somewhere I might jump on it but don't feel like spending $900+tax on anything right now.
Like you, my 14" 590A1 & Fabarm Pro Forces 14" aren't going anywhere.
