Rem 700 going from hinge plate to mag fed system

I have a .204 ruger in a McMillan edge Id like to get a detach mag system for, any suggestions on good ones? Do they require some inletting? It set up with a hinge plate at the moment.

Look at the Wyatt Outdoor Remington detachable magazine assembly, no stock in letting required if using the Remington bottom metal.

Detachable magazine conversions for that size of case are not cheap...

Kwik Klip is a cheaper alternative that's supposed to be a drop-in fit.

Ptg makes one that uses ar magazines that is a drop in fit in the stock but needs the feed rails opened up slightly. Most dbms don't require a whole lot of inleting to work, just take your time. Stiller makes a really nice one tha drops in. Atlas works and cdi are also both worth a look.

Kwik Klip is not a drop in... they require a little inletting... but I was not aware they make a conversion for the 222/223/204 case...?

Northpro Sports lists the ammoboost kits for other brands.

They should be able to get rem kits.
